What the extension does

• Places a reminder badge and warning text near AI chat input areas to encourage careful review of generated content.
• Lets you toggle the reminder and customize the badge/warning text.

Data collection

• We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.
• The extension runs entirely in your browser; no external servers are contacted.

Data stored locally

The extension uses chrome.storage.sync to save:

• Whether reminders are enabled.
• Your custom badge text.
• Your custom warning text.

This data stays in your browser profile (and may sync across your signed-in Chrome profiles if sync is enabled). You can clear it at any time via the extension popup (toggle off/clear fields) or by removing the extension.

Permissions explained

• storage: Required to remember your on/off state and custom texts.
• tabs: Used only to send your updated reminder/badge text to open AI chat tabs so they refresh immediately.
• content scripts: Inject the reminder badge and warning text on supported AI chat sites.

Third-party services

None. The extension does not send data to any third parties or analytics services.

Security

• Content scripts run only on the AI chat domains listed in the manifest.
• No keystrokes or chat contents are logged or transmitted.
